Please read through the general terms and conditions below. Rentals are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Rental Agreement.

Age limit and driving license
All drivers must be between 21 to 65 years old and in possession of a valid local or international driving license. Two years qualified driving experience is required.

Insurance
Coverage of third-party liability is included in the rates and covers unlimited bodily injuries and property damage. Rates also include all accidents, damage, fire or theft to the rented car is reported to our office within 24 hours. If there are bodily injuries, the hirer must make a report to the Singapore Traffic Police with a copy of the accident report sent to our office.
The hirer is also required to fill in a non-injury motor accident report form for non-injury accidents.
The hirer is responsible for the amount of Non-Waiverable Excess for all accidents.

Non-Waiverable Excess
- $2500 Excess (Above 25 years old and below 65 years old)
- $4000 Excess (Below 25 years old and above 65 years old)
- $6000 Excess (Malaysia Usage)

Missing or damaged items or accessories from the rented car (including windscreens, hubcaps, paintwork and the undercarriage), non-collision damage and collision damages that don’t have the particulars of third parties will not be protected by the insurance cover .

Missing items or accessories are not protected by our insurance or purchase of CDW. It is the responsibilities of hirers are lessee to compensate such loss items.

Personal Accident Insurance(PAI)
Personal accidental insurance is optional. However, upon request, personal accidental insurance is available at S$5 per day for coverage of up to S$20,000 for the driver.Passenger insurance coverage is available upon request.

Collection and Delivery Service
Either service is chargeable at either S$20/= or S$40/= subject to delivery / collection venue. (applicable to daily rental)

Petrol
A full tank of petrol will be provided upon checkout. Hirer is responsible for refueling upon return. If the car is returned without fuel, the cost of refueling, a service charge will be Imposed.

Parking charges, Traffic fines and Toll fees
All parking charges, ERP, toll fees and traffic fines are the responsibility of the hirer.

Breakdown Service
24 hour breakdown service is available

Extension of Rental
To extend your rental beyond the agreed date of terminiation, call our office to ensure that insurance cover is extended. Subject to availability of the car.

Terms of Payment
The cost of rental is payable at the time of rental. A final adjustment will be made at the end of the rental.

Baby Seat
S$2.00 per baby seat per day.

Excess Hours
Each hour or part thereof in excess will be charged at one third of the daily applicable rate.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
No GST chargable.
